Let the record show that a quorum of board members is present, that this meeting has been duly called and that Notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551."

Consider action for the sale of Approximately 2.3 acres, plus or minus, owned by the Bellville Independent School District, and out of a 348.53 acre tract, being 70 foot in breadth and running along and parallel to the fence line and property line with the Fred L. Luhn tract and Jeanette Mewis Jackson tract and out of the B. Kuykendall Survey, Abstract 59, also known as 8566 Steck Bottom Road, Bellville, Texas.
