16. Discuss and consider retention stipend/payment proposal for Board approval for the August 2023 pay period. This retention stipend is for the employees' tireless efforts and diligence during COVID 19 and to train and recruit staff during a time of need when securing dedicated employees is challenging. If approved, full-time employees will receive a payment of $763 and part-time employees will receive $381.50.
