10. Acknowledgement of Conflict-of-Interest Policies BBFA (LEGAL) and (LOCAL) in connection with Applications for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, Texas Tax Code 313.

11. Discuss and consider possible action to accept Applications for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Texas Tax Code 313; authorize the Superintendent of schools to review the Application for completeness and submit the Application to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts; authorize the Superintendent of schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for Board action beyond the 150-day Board review period, as may be required.

12. Discuss and consider retention stipend/payment proposal for Board approval for the May 2022 pay period. This retention stipend is for employees' tireless efforts and diligence during COVID 19 and to train and recruit staff during a time of need when securing dedicated employees is challenging. If approved full-time employees will receive a payment of $850 and part-time employees will receive $425.
