The Lightspeed  Security and Impact Bundle Service Subscription renewal is from August 1, 2026-July 31, 2027, and covers the following services: Lightspeed Network Content Filtering and Lightspeed Classroom Management. The Thrillshare Media Subscription renewal is from July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027, and covers the following services: Publishing platform for district-wide websites with social media management, website design and hosting, alert mass notifications, training, support, and service. The platform is used to build the district's online presence to establish effective communication  channels with community stakeholders. (Maximum $173,907.50 - Budgeted General Funds)

Three state laws fund that goal from both ends of the pipeline. House Bill 3 (2019) pays K-12 districts outcomes bonuses when students graduate college, career, or military ready. House Bill 8 (2023) delivers performance-based funding to community colleges-$683 million statewide - when students earn credentials in high-demand fields, complete dual credit hours, or transfer successfully. Senate Bill 1786 (2023) ensures those credentials lead to good-paying jobs.
