Supervises and implements district discipline initiatives while maintaining congruency between all student management programs across the district. Identifies professional development, regarding discipline management needs, for administration and parents regarding discipline management and crisis intervention methods. Addresses the social-emotional needs of students using research-based strategies. Help to maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment for faculty, staff, and students.
