1. Call meeting to order, establish a quorum

3. PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY 
Persons desiring to participate in public comment must complete a Speaker Registration sheet (yellow or blue) and submit it to the Board President prior to the meeting being called to order.  A thirty (30) minute time period is set aside to allow citizens to address the Board on any subject and to also allow citizens the opportunity to comment or raise issues concerning items that will be considered for action by the Board.  No action may take place in response, but the Board may consider future action.  Individual time limits are three (3) minutes.

4. Business to Come Before the Board

4.A. Consider and take appropriate action concerning Budget Amendments for the 2024-2025 School Year.   

4.B. Consider and take appropriate action to approve the Budget for the 2025-2026 School Year

4.C. Discussion and consideration of a resolution directing the defeasance and/or redemption of certain of Paradise Independent School District’s outstanding Unlimited Tax Bonds

4.D. Consider and take appropriate action to adopt a resolution to set the 2025-2026 Tax Rate
