1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER, ESTABLISH A QUORUM

3. PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY 
Persons desiring to participate in public comment must complete a Speaker Registration sheet (yellow or blue) and submit it to the Board President prior to the meeting being called to order.  A thirty (30) minute time period is set aside to allow citizens to address the Board on any subject and to also allow citizens the opportunity to comment or raise issues concerning items that will be considered for action by the Board.  No action may take place in response, but the Board may consider future action.  Individual time limits are three (3) minutes.

4.A. CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Texas Government Code Section(s):

§551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

§551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.  
 

4.A.1. Discussion and Consideration of Candidate(s) for the Position of Superintendent and the possible Naming of Lone Finalist for the Position of Superintendent

5. ACTION ITEMS IN OPEN SESSION

5.A. Consider Naming Lone Finalist for the Position of School Superintendent

5.B. Consider and take appropriate action concerning a Resolution Amending Authorized Representatives for the Texas Local Government Investment Pool

5.C. Consider and take appropriate action concerning amending the authorized representatives and signatures at The Community Bank

5.D. Consider and take appropriate action concerning authorizing the district to pay the superintendent for unused leave
