IV.A. Consider and if appropriate, approve attendance waiver for recent snow storm.
Description:
We are going to apply for two waivers.
First Waiver- Missed School Days, Tuesday and Wednesday, due to weather related conditions, mainly loss of electricity. Second Waiver-100 % Remote Instruction for Thursday - Monday. We will not be required to make up these minutes/days if we apply for these waivers. |

IV.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment.
Description:
We received our final amount of IDEA (Special Education) monies from the state, totaling 2,351.00 to be added to our 2020-21 budget.

IV.C. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment.
Description:
We received our final amount of Title monies from the state, totaling 6,840.00 to be added to our 2020-21 budget.

IV.D. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment.
Description:
Money was moved from Function 11 (supplies and materials) to function 34 (transportation) for repairs to one of the busses. Paint peeling off the hood, broken door window from rock and body work resulting from two flat tires that damaged the fender wells.
The first was last year when GH used a bus to take girls to San Antonio and the other in September, VB trip to Orange. |

Description:
Each year we must approve our Family Engagement Policy. Ms. Long is here to explain the updates and changes.

IV.F. Consider and if appropriate, approve board meeting change.
Description:
We have our regular meeting in two weeks from today. Do we want to cancel that one and resume regular meeting in April.

Description:
This portion of the meeting may be closed to all but essential personnel as deemed necessary by the Board in accordance with the open Meetings Act, Section 551.074 et. Seq., Texas Government Code.
