Description:
The December meeting is set for December 25th. The past two years we have not had a December meeting. My recommendation is to cancel the December regular board meeting.

IV.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve January meeting change.
Description:
Mid-year PEIMS submission is due at ESC 5 on January 17 and due to TEA on January 24th. The audit would need to be approved before the 17th. My suggestion is to have the January meeting on January 15th.

IV.D. Consider and if appropriate, approve Incentive pay to all Ehrhart personnel.
Description:
In continuing our tradition for the third year we have given incentive pay to all personnel. A base plus 25.00 per year employed at Ehrhart. Base pay 200.00 for certified personnel and 150.00 for non-certified personnel. Below is a finance summary breakdown for the past three years.
2016-17 Total= 12,250 2017-18 Total= 13,625 2018-19 Total = 14,725 |
IV.E. Consider and if appropriate, approve General Education Homebound Policy
Description:
One of our students has had part of his leg amputated and we are going to put him on homebound. We need to have an existing policy to do so.
Update: Today. From 504 Coordinator Brittany Williams: I received a call from Mrs. Forse yesterday late afternoon. Great news! Henry is doing amazingly well, way better than expected, and will return to school tomorrow! He is already off his pain medication and able to get around and use the restroom by himself. |
IV.F. Consider and if appropriate, approve transfer of funds
Description:
We need move funds from function 41 to 53. With students going to Chrome books and more online testing, along with the new building planning, our computer budget/ contracted services has increased. We need to move 4,300 from function 41 (professional services) to function 53 (contracted services).
