IV.A. Consider and if appropriate, approve Professional Development Appraisal System (PDAS) as teacher appraisal instrument for the 2018-19 school year.
Description:
We need to approve the appraisal instrument to be use for teacher appraisal. Until recently, PDAS has been used for several years as the appraisal tool for teachers. We would like to go back to using PDAS.
As a charter we are free to develop or use any evaluation tool we would like to use for evaluating teachers. |

IV.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment for IDEA Title Funds
Description:
We received a settlement from TEA for IDEA Title funds in the amount of 774.00

IV.C. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment
Description:
We need move 2,000 from 420-11 (supplies and materials) to 420-52 (professional services) in the budget for police in the morning controlling traffic.

IV.E. Consider and if appropriate, approve acquisition of existing properties next to Ehrhart School.

IV.G. Consider and if appropriate, approve Amendment to change student ratio from 15-1 in grades 1-5 to 18-1.
Description:
Currently our charter states the following ratios: 15:1 Grade K - 4 and 22:1 at grades 5-12. See attached page. By going to 18:1 we can have 17 in a class and hold a spot for GH. This will not put any burden on teachers by increasing one student per section.
