Description:
We have received additional funds from TEA for Title 1 & 2

As in the past we have changed the date or the December board meeting or even may cancel it.

Description:
As in the past we have given incentive pay to all personnel. A base pay plus 25.00/ year employed at Ehrhart. Attached is a finance summary breakdown

IV.D. Change January School Board Meeting
Description:
Mid-year PEIMS Submission is due to Region 5 by January 18 and due to TEA by January 25. The audit would need to be completed and and approved by January 9 and no later than January 16.
My suggestion would be January 9th since we might not have a December meeting and I will be out of town. Or have Cook-Parker present at GH meeting on Jan. 16th and have our regular meeting on the 23. I will be out of town on the 16th. I have confirmed w/ Cook/Parker, and they can present on the 9th if needed. |
