3. Seek and receive legal advice from the school district's attorney in Closed Session in accordance with Tex.Gov't Code §551.071 regarding Superintendent employment contract and related legal matters

4. Consider and possible action to approve entering into a Voluntary Resignation Agreement with the Superintendent of schools and amending the current fiscal year budget to account for any payment thereunder

5. Deliberation in closed session under Tex. Gov't Code §551.074 regarding the selection of an interim/acting superintendent of schools |
|
6. Deliberation and possible action in open session to name an interim/acting superintendent of schools to assume duties as early as July 12, 2021 and to authorize the Board President to execute an agreement to employ such person.

7. Executive Session
Description:
If, during the course of the meeting the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session is required, then such closed or executive meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq., will be held by the School Board in such closed or executive meeting concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to the following sections and purposes: Texas Government Code Section: 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.075, 551.076, 551.082, 551.083, 551.084, 551.0821, 551.087
