Description:  The Board of Trustees may retire to closed session at this time for the purpose of private consultation with the boards attorney (Tx Gov. Code 551.071), discussing purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property (Tx. Gov. Code 551.072), discussing negotiated contracts for prospective gifts or donations (Tx. Gov. Code 551.073), discussing personnel or to hear complaints against personnel (Tx. Gov. Code 551.074), conference relating to investments and potential investments attended by Board of Trustees of Texas Growth Fund (Tx. Gov. Code 551.075), considering the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or devises (Tx. Gov. Code 551.076), considering discipline of a public school child, or complaint or charge against personnel (Tx. Gov. Code 551.082), considering the standards, guidelines, terms or conditions the board will follow, or will instruct its representative to follow, in consultation with representatives of employee groups (Tx. Gov. Code 551.083), excluding witnesses from a hearing (Tx. Gov. Code 551.084), and/or personally identifiable information about public school students (Tx. Gov. Code 551.0821), deliberate commercial or financial information that the board has received from a business prospect the Board seeks to have, locate, stay, or expand in or near the District and with which the Board is conducting economic development negotiations; or deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (Tx. Gov. Code 551.087).
