Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Amending the High School Band Budget by Moving $1,080 from Function 13-Employee Travel to Function 36-Student Travel and from the Carr Middle School Band Budget by Moving $1,280 from Function 13-Employee Travel to Function 36-Student Travel for Students to Attend the Summer Band Camp at Weatherford, Oklahoma and the South Plains College Middle School Band Camp.  The Total Budget Amendments Requested is $2,360.

5.H. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Amending the Akin Elementary Budget by Moving $2,800 from Function 36-Extracurricular Activities, $500 from Function 11-Instruction and Curriculum, and $400 from Function 23-Principal General Supplies to Function 13-Professional Development for the August 2025 StemScope and Reading Academy Professional Development.  The Total Budget Amendment Requested is $3,700.

5.I. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Purchasing New Football Helmets for the District's Football Program.

Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Purchasing Equipment for the High School Culinary Arts Program for the 2025-2026 School Year in accordance with the BuyBoard Quote Submitted from Big Plate Restaurant Supply in Lubbock, TX, for the Amount of $24,893.86 ($24,000 from the High Demand Job Training Grant & $893.86 from Career and Technology Education ("CTE") Funds).
