5.L. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Amending and moving $1,459 from Function 31-Counselors General Operating Budget to Function 36-Extracurricular Activities for CTE Activities.

5.M. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Ratifying the Minutes from the Special Board Meeting on January 23, 2025.  The minutes inadvertently stated moving $26,575.89 from the District's Fund Balance to Function 36-Extracurricular Activities to cover Post-District expenses for Band and athletics and should have reflected that an amendment was presented to move $36,575.89 from the District's Fund Balance to Function 36-Extracurricular Activities to cover Post-district expenses for band and athletics.

5.N. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding "The Interlocal Purchasing System ("TIPS") Quote for Custodial and Janitorial Supply Order for the Remainder of the Spring Semester in Accordance with Board Policy CH(LOCAL).

6.A. Report regarding the Teacher incentive Allotment ("TIA") Guidebook for the 2025-2026 School Year and Spending Plan Beginning with the Current School Year.

6.B. Information Report Regarding the School Board Soring Workshop at the Region 17 service Center [Handout].

6.C. Information Regarding the Proposed Hale Center ISD "District of Innovation Designation Plan." The term of the designation may not exceed five (5) calendar years.   

6.D. Report Informing the Board Regarding the Proposal of Moving from the current nine-week Grading and Attendance Period to a Six-Week Grading and Attendance Period.
