3.c. Approval-Disapproval of the August Treasurer's Financial Report.

3.d. Approval-Disapproval of the September Treasurer's Financial Report.
|

3.e. Approval-Disapproval of the September Monthly Financial Object Summary and Revenue Receipts Register.

3.f. Approval-Disapproval of the September Purchase Order Summary.
|

3.g. Approval-Disapproval of the SeptemberWarrant Register.

3.h. Approval-Disapproval of the September Activity Fund Account.

3.i. Approve/disapprove the Crisis Plan for the 2026-27 school year.

4. Approve/disapprove the application for the All-Sports Booster Club.

5. Approve/disapprove of the Annual Dropout and College Remediation Report for the 2026-27 school year.

6. Approve/disapprove of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education Contract for Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs for the 2026-27 school year.

7. Approve/disapprove the MOU between Washita Valley Community Action and Alex Public School for the 2026-27 school year.

8. Approval/Disapproval of the Certificate and Order of Surety Bond for the term September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027.

|
9. Approve/disapprove the School Board Election for the Alex Public School Seat 2. The filing period for this election will open on Monday, December 7,2026 at 8:00 a.m. and close on Wednes, December 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Grady County Election Board.

10. Approve/disapprove of the 2027 School Board Meeting Dates and Location. See Attached.

|
11. Approve/disapprove the use of textbook funds for Alpha Plus per statute 70 O.S. § 16-111.1
|
|
12. Approve/disapprove any additional fundraisers for the 2026-27 school year.
|
|
13. Superintendent Report
|
|
14. New Business: Consideration of any new business of an emergency nature, which had not been contemplated at the time of the agenda preparation and cannot be delayed until the next regular meeting of the Alex School Board of Education.
