AT THE SOMERSET PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, 7791 6TH STREET, SOMERSET, TEXAS 78069.  ADDED PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION BOARD AGENDA ITEM VII.G. & ADDED CLOSE SESSION AGENDA ITEM VIII.B.

VII.A. Presentation of the Quarterly Performance Report on Delinquent Ad Valorem Tax Collections.

VII.B. Presentation on the Intruder Detection Audit Report Findings Somerset High School.

VII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the award of a Job Order Contract for the site preparation, poured in place concrete building foundation and subsequent utility connection to a new 30ft. by 40ft. prefabricated metal building (by others).

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD) student tuition and services for the 2025-2026 school year.

VII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the sale, pursuant to 34.05 of the Texas Property Tax Code, of certain real property previously struck off to the Taxing Authorities pursuant to 34.01(c) of the Texas Property Tax Code for delinquent ad valorem taxes.

VII.F. Presentation of the Somerset Independent School District Finance Update.

VII.G. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Federal Grant Entitlements Preliminary Planning Amounts and Proposed Uses for the 2025-2026 school year.

VIII. CLOSED SESSION:
The Board will convene in Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551, et. seq. (TGC 551.071, TGC 551.072, TGC 551.073, TGC 551.74, TGC 551.076, TGC 551.082, TGC 551.083, and TGC 551.084) to consider the following.
