V. CLOSED SESSION:
The Board will convene in Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551, et. Seq. (TGC 551.071, TGC 551.072, TGC 551.073, TGC 551.074, TGC 551.076, TGC 551.082, TGC 551.083, and 551.084) to consider the following:

V.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

V.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal and procedural issues related to employment contracts.

V.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss the recommendation to rescind board motion to offer employment for a District Administrator position.

VI. OPEN SESSION:  Return to Open Session to Take Action Deemed Necessary.

VI.A. Consider and take possible action on the appointment employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

VI.B. Consider, discuss and take possible action regarding recommendation to rescind prior board action to offer employment to a District Administrator applicant.
