VII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the proposal for restoration and waterproofing work of the exterior windows and exterior stone walls at Somerset Elementary School Gymnasium.

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Budget Amendment #3 to the 2022-2023 General Operating Budget.

VII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the purchase of Rubrik Cloud Vault.
