5.A. Consider adoption of an order authorizing and providing for the defeasance and redemption of certain outstanding obligations of Tatum Independent School District; authorizing the execution of an escrow agreement; and containing other matters related thereto.

5.B. Consider and Approve increasing expenditures in Fund 599, Debt Service, in the amount of $850,000 for the cost of Defeasance.
