4.B. The Board will enter into a public hearing for the purpose of discussing the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) for 2019-20. No action will be taken.

5. Action Items

5.A. Consider and Approve the transfer of funds and authority to grant scholarships from the Irene Pool Scholarship fund to the Tatum Ex-Students Association as per written statement.

5.B. Consider and Approve Ordering the May 1, 2021 School Board Trustee Election

5.C.  Consider and Approve an Election Agreement between Tatum ISD and the City of Tatum to hold a joint election on May 1, 2021.

5.D. Consider and Approve Increase to Budget in Function 81 for painting at the baseball and softball fields and the park entrance in the amount of $20,850.00 - capital improvements.

6. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §  551.074 involving contract renewals for administrators, evaluations, and the employment and resignation of professional personnel.

6.A. The Superintendent will recommend contract renewals for School Administrators.

6.B. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted.
