8.A. Discuss/Reject/Approve to accept the Application of Spade Wind I for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property and authorize the Superintendent to enter into any agreement to extend the deadline for Board action beyond 150 days.

• Bid 2 in the amount of $500.00:  Property held in trust by Mitchell County, tract of land listed under Cause #16,906, CISD vs. Brenda Joy Taylor, and being described as follows:  being all of those certain Lots 13 and 14, Block 4 of the Wadell & Martin Addition, located in the City of Colorado City, in Mitchell County, Texas.
• Bid 3 in the amount of $500.00:  Property held in trust by Mitchell County, tract of land listed under Cause #16,906, CISD vs. Brenda Joy Taylor, and being described as follows:  being all of those certain Lot 15, Block 4 of the Waddell & Martin Addition. Located in the City of Colorado City, in Mitchell County, Texas.
