2.A. The newly elected Board member will be issued the Certificate of Election. Shelia Redwine, Notary Public, will issue the Statement of Elected/Appointed Officer and the Oath of Office.

2.B. Discuss/Reject/Approve election of CISD Board Officers (BDAA-Local) for: Board President, Vice President and Secretary.

3. PERSONNEL

3.A. The Board will convene in a Closed Meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel.

3.B. Discuss/Reject/Approve considering recommendations of personnel.
