3.A. Discuss/Reject/Approve vacancy on school board

3.B. Discuss/Reject/Approve bid from Mark Overton in the amount of $500.00 to purchase property held in trust by Mitchell County being all of those certain Lots 13 and 14, SAVE AND EXCEPT the East 10 feet of Lot 14, Block 35, T&P Addition, located in the City of Loraine, Mitchell County, Texas. Location:  202 W. Market, Loraine, Texas.

3.C. Discuss/Reject/Approve a bid from Betty Ortega in the amount of $3,600.00 to purchase the property held in trust by Mitchell County being all of those certain Lots 9 through 12, Block 68 of the original town of City of Colorado City, Mitchell County, Texas, including and improvements located thereon, in Mitchell County, Texas.  

3.D. Discuss/Reject/Approve a bid from Miguel & Maritza Navarrete in the amount of $500.00 to purchase property held in trust by Mitchell County being all of that certain East Forty feet (E.40') of Lot 12, Block 33 of the original town of City of Colorado City, Mitchell County, Texas.

3.E. Discuss/Reject/Approve a bid from Miguel Acevedo in the amount of $250.00 to purchase property held in trust by Mitchell County being all of those certain Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1 of the White's Business Division to the town of Loraine, Mitchell County, Texas.  Location Main Street, Loraine, Texas.

4.A. The Board will convene in Closed Meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel.
