2.A. Discuss, deliberate and take possible action regarding approval of Order Authorizing the Issuance, Sale, and Delivery of Hempstead Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2024; and containing other matters related thereto.

2.B. Discuss, deliberate and take possible action regarding selection of Gallagher Construction Company, LP as construction manager-agent/program manager based on demonstrated competence and qualifications and approval of contract with Gallagher Construction Company, LP for a fair and reasonable price for the 2024 Bond Projects and authorize the Superintendent or his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute the contract.

2.C. Discuss, deliberate and take possible action regarding selection of PBK Architects based on demonstrated competence and qualifications to provide architectural/engineering services for the 2024 Bond Projects, delegate authority to the Superintendent to approve contract(s) with PBK Architects for fair and reasonable price(s), and authorize the Superintendent or his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute contracts and amendments (if any) with PBK Architects for specific 2024 Bond Projects.
