4.A. Consider Approval of the 2022-2023 Annual Financial Audit as presented (Alignment with Goal 3)

5. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Section: 551.074 Personnel matters; interview candidate for the Position of Superintendent of Schools.

6. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting
