4. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; 551.076 deliberation regarding Safety and Security; 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; 551.074 to discuss amendment to Superintendent's Employment Agreement and Evaluation.

5. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting
