Notice of intent to submit ESSER Grant.
In accordance with United States Code (U.S.C.) Annotated, Title 20, Chapter 70, Subchapter VIII, Part C, Section 7846, and Public law (P.L.) 114-95, Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Section 8306, an entity planning to submit a federal grant application must afford a reasonable opportunity for public comment on the application before it is submitted. Diboll Independent School District (DISD) hereby gives notice to the public that it intends to file the above referenced application(s) for federal grant funds with the Texas Education Agency. Public comments regarding Diboll ISD's application(s) for the above named grant are to be submitted before the public comment end date and time which is Monday, June 29, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.. Comments should be emailed to callen@dibollisd.org with Grant Comments in the subject line. |
