6. Consideration to  approve the 2011 tax rate

7. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to submit a letter to UIL to change the district name from Brookshire-Royal to Royal

8. Executive Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes.

8.A. Texas Government Code Section 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney

8.B. Texas Government Code Section  551.074 - Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, contract, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, dismissal of a public officer or employee, or resignation, including the superintendent.
