4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically to hire Caroline Toliver as the Ballinger ISD Superintendent.

5. Return to Open Session and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting to include the approval of the Ballinger ISD Superintendent's contract.

6. A Public Hearing on the District's FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) Report will be held within the Regular Meeting on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 5:30 P.M.
