F. Consideration and possible action to adopt a Resolution approving a contract to purchase real property from the City of Hereford, Texas, upon which are located a portion of the HISD Agriculture Barns, at 118 Dairy Road, Hereford, Deaf Smith County, Texas 79045, and generally described as a 5.00-acre tract lying in the North part of Section 60, Block K-3, Deaf Smith County, Texas and authorizing other matters incidental thereto.
