A.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the district under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code, including the discussion of the Appointment of new Board Member.
B.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee, including the discussion and consideration of the appointment of new Board Member.
C.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third party.
D.  Executive Session:  Pursuant to the Following Sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act 551.071, 551.074, 551.076, 551.129.  Personnel matters related to the consultation, employment, resignation, evaluation, contract extension, reassignment, and duties of a public official or employee(s) including but not limited to Superintendent, Business Manager, Directors or Principals.

B.  Consider and Take Action regarding hiring an Independent Consultant to review financial processes and procedures.
