7.J.1. Dorothy Kennedy, Elections Administrator as the Joint Elections Officer and as the Joint Early Voting Clerk

7.J.2. Gloria Armenta, Ruth Martinez and Sandy Salazar as bilingual election clerks for each polling place

7.J.3. Early Voting Ballot Board Judge and Alternate Judge: Johnny Franklin as Judge and Betty Wheeler as Alternate Judge

7.J.4. Central Count Station personnel: Dorothy Kennedy, Elections Administrator as Central Count Manager; Roxzine Stinson as Tabulation Supervisor; and Tom Grimes as the Central Count Presiding Judge

The Board will review and take action to approve Exhibit A of the Joint Early Voting schedule (April 25th and May 3rd as the two 12 hour days of Early Voting) and Exhibit B of the Election Day Vote Centers as presented and appoint the Elections Office at 1308 Crickets Avenue as the main early voting polling place.
