3. Canvass the results from the May 12, 2012 School Board Trustee Election.

4. “Canvass the results from the May 12, 2012 Bond Election and adoption of an Order declaring the results of the Bond Election and containing provisions necessary and incidental thereto".

5. New board members take the Oath of Office given by Rhonda Cox, Notary Public, State of Texas.

|
6. The new Board will reorganize and elect officers to serve in the 2012-2013 school year.

7. Review bids for Elementary projects and take appropriate action.
