5.A. Rhonda will review the 2011-12 and 2012-13 budgets.

6.D. The board will review and take action on the Student Code of Conduct manual as presented.

6.E. Review and take action on the Boys & Girls Club agreement for the 2012-13 school year with Shallowater ISD.

6.F. Select delegate and alternate to the 2012 TASB Delegate Assembly in Austin, Texas, on September 28-30, 2012 (as provided by the TASB Bylaws).

7. The Board will interview the CMa (Construction Manager at Risk) selected by the committee that met on Thursday, June 22, 2012. 

8. The Board will review and possibly take action to select a CMa (Construction Manager at Risk) for bond building projects.

9. Review and take action on SISD leasing portables for Intermediate (1 portable) and High School (2 portables).

10. Review and take action to adopt a resolution and service agreement changing from MGM to National Benefits Services for the administration of our Flexible Spending Accounts.
