2. Conduct a public meeting to discuss budget and proposed tax rate.

3.A. Consideration and possible action on adopting a budget for 2007-08.

3.B. Consideration and possible action to adopt the Maintenance and Operations (M & O) tax rate for 2007-08.

3.C. Consideration and possible action to adopt the Interest & Sinking (I & S) tax rate for 2007-08.

3.D. Consideration and possible action to adopt an ordinance setting the Maintenance and Operations (M & O) and Interest & Sinking (I & S) tax rate for 2007-08.

3.E. Consideration and possible action to order an election to ratify an adopted tax rate that exceeds the District’s rollback tax rate for the November uniform election date.

3.F. Review and take appropriate action on 2006-2007 budget amendments.

3.G. Review and take action on 2007-2008 transfer student list as presented.
