2. FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS: Announcement by the Chairman as to the presence of a quorum, that the meeting has been duly called, and that the notice for the meeting has been posted for time required by law.

Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution to authorize the superintendent and/or board president to take all action and execute all documents necessary to purchase approximately 20 to 30 acres of real property located, generally, in the southwest quarter of section 23, block D-5, Lubbock County, Texas.

3.C. Review and take action on approval of lease purchase of 100 Dell Computers for Middle School and High School labs.
