Maggie Sepulveda to approve the Fiscal Year 2010 Annual Budget. Nena Cavazos seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5. Discussion and Possible Action to to Approve Salary Schedule for 2009-2010 Contingent to Commissioner's Determination that Federal Stimulus Funds Received Under the ARRA May Be Used for Salary Increases
Description:
Maggie Sepulveda made a motion to take no action on the salary schedule for 2009-2010 at this time. Frances Braswell seconded the motion. Motion carried.
