3. Discussion and Possible Action to Consider and Accept the Resignation of Norma Llanes, Trustee.
Description:
Maggie Sepulveda made a motion to approve Norma Llanes' resignation from San Perlita School Board Member. Felipe Quiroga seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4. Discussion and Possible Action to Appoint a Qualified Citizen as Trustee to Fill the Vacancy of Trustee Norma Llanes until the next election in May, 2011.
Description:
Nominations were opened to fill the vacant position for Norma Llanes. David Rodriguez nominated Frances R. Braswell for the position. A motion ws made by David Rodriguez and Felipe Quiroga seconded the motion to appoint Frances R. Brawell to fill Norma Llanes' seat until the term expires in 2011. Motion carried.
