Nena Cavazos made a motion for the approval to temporarily suspend Board Policy DC(LOCAL) and to temporarily delegate from July 18, 2009 until the next general board meeting on August 18, 2009 to the Superintendent the authority to hire as many as two contractual employees for the 2009-2010 school year. Maggie Sepulveda seconded the motion. Motion carried.
