Description:
Mr. De Los Santos gave information and handouts to the Board Members in regards to the Sale and Deliver of SPISD Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2007. Maggie Sepulveda made a motion to approve the Order Authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Deliver of San Perlita ISD Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2007, and Other Matters Incident Thereto. Nora Vasquez seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Nora Vasquez made a motion to approve the settlement agreement between San Perlita ISD and Theresa Linney, including the withdrawal of the notice of proposed termination and rescind the action of the board to propse the termination of Theresa Linney and accept the resignation of Theresa Linney. David Rodriguez seconded the motion. Motion carried.
