Description:
Mr. Lara announced that Gerardo Vargas had passed his TACS test and was now receiving a High School Diploma. Melissa Guadiana, Board President, presented Gerardo Vargas his diploma.

Description:
The awards for the citizens of the month were given out by Doyle Todd and Juan Gutierrez. Each student received a Citizen of the Month plaque. The students that were present also received meals from Stars or McDonalds plus a free movie rental from Video Depot for their accomplishment.

Description:
Mr. Lara announced that Mrs. Victoria Hernandez was the employee of the month for for November 2005. Ms. Steadman was not able to attend the meeting.

6. WCAD Votes
Description:
Maggie Sepulveda made a motion for the approval to cast 296 votes to Nora Vasquez toward a position on the Willacy County Appraisal District, Board of Directors.

Description:
Nora Vasquez made a motion to approve all legal services on the agreement between Region One and San Perlita I.S.D. Frances Rodriguez-Braswell seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Description:
Nora Vasquez made a motion to approve the waiver for instruction materials regarding the BCIS courses offered in our High School. David Roriguez seconded the motion. Motion carried.
