7. The Board will discuss/approve a Resolution requesting the public resale of properties Bid in Trust to Gladewater ISD at a delinquent tax sale.

8. The Board will consider a resolution to convey a Bid In Trust property to the City of Gladewater.

9. The Board will consider approval of tax refund(s).

10. The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Proposed Budget Amendment #14 regarding reclass of expenses related to SRO officer contract in Function 52 from Function 41.

11. The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Proposed Budget Amendment #15 - Reclass funds between State and Local Revenue to align with funding documents from Senate Bill 3 Homestead Exemption increase to $100,000.
|
12. The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Proposed Budge Amendment #16 - Expenses related to repair and/or renovation HVAC equipment for all campuses including the administration building.

13. The Board will consider NIET travel costs over $25,000.

14. The Board will consider approval of a one-time retention stipend of $750 for all full time employees from ESSER III funds.

15. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by Texas Government Code §551.074 involving 1) The resignation and employment of professional personnel; 2) Discussion of evaluation of the Superintendent of Schools; 3) Consultation with school district attorney regarding confidential matters.

16. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted
