11. The Board will consider approval of the Gregg County Appraisal District Resolution regarding parking facilities.

12. In executive session, the Board will consider: 1.) Personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the resignation and employment of professional personnel.  2.) The Board will consider the certification requirements to declare a contract void pursuant to Texas Education Code §21.0031.

13. The Board will take action to declare an employee contract void and consider employment pursuant to Texas Education Code §21.0031(b)(1).

14. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted

15. The Superintendent will recommend employment of professional personnel.
