11. The Board will consider approval of the Gregg County Appraisal District Resolution regarding parking facilities.

12. In executive session, the Board will consider: 1.) Personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the resignation and employment of professional personnel. 2.) The Board will consider the certification requirements to declare a contract void pursuant to Texas Education Code §21.0031.

13. The Board will take action to declare an employee contract void and consider employment pursuant to Texas Education Code §21.0031(b)(1).
