6. The Board will consider Budget Amendment #1 for the purchase and installations related to athletic facility upgrades at Gladewater High School.

7. The Board will consider Budget Amendment #2 for the purchase of Band Instruments.

8. The Board will consider Budget Amendment #3 for additional purchases and installations related to athletic facility upgrades at Gladewater High School.

9. The board will consider using ESSER III pre-awarded funds to purchase technology devices and other equipment in an amount not to exceed $500,000 to support the instructional needs of the district.

10. The Board will consider using ESSER pre-awarded grant funds to purchase instructional materials in an amount not to exceed $65,000 to support the instructional needs of the district.

11. The Board will consider approval of TASB Policy Update 117, affecting local policies:
