4. The Board will consider Budget Amendment for the purchase of lights for the Gladewater High School tennis courts.

5. The Board will consider Memorandum of Understanding for the 2021-2022 school year regarding Union Grove ISD and Big Sandy ISD participation in the Career and Technology Program at Gladewater ISD.

6. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the resignation and employment of professional personnel.

7. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted

8. The Superintendent will recommend employment of professional personnel.
