5. Presentation: Mrs. Tinsley will present the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office duly sworn and signed by Gerardo Medellin, trustee. Board President, Felix Serna will present Mr. Medellin with a "Certificate of Election."

6. Discussion and/or Action to reorganize the Board of Trustees. 

7. Presiding Officer will report on Board Trustee training for the last year of service.

8. Discussion and/or Action to approve membership renewal with Walsh Gallegos' Legal Retainer Program. 

9. Discussion and/or Action to nominate a trustee for Region 2 seat on the TASB Board.
