5) Presentation: Mrs. Tinsley will present the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office duly sworn and signed by Gerardo Medellin, trustee. Board President, Felix Serna will present Mr. Medellin with a "Certificate of Election."

7) Presiding Officer will report on Board Trustee training for the last year of service.
