Discusses process and procedures of canvassing votes.

4.B. Administration of the Oath of Office


Crystal Jimenez administers Oath of Office to newly sworn trustees. 
 

4.C. Reorganization of the Ben Bolt Palito Blanco Board of Trustees


Maria Saenz Garza steps down as President and does not intend on being nominated. 
 
Marcos nominates Julie Ramos as President. 

Julie Ramos Garcia accepts nomination. Motion carries 6-0.
