Public Hearing to allow the public an opportunity to address the Board on the question of using unspent bond proceeds for a purpose other than the specific purposes for which the bonds were authorized; to wit: designation of unspent proceeds from Pampa Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2007, to be used for a roofing project at Wilson Elementary, gymnasium improvements at Wilson Elementary, and a roofing project at McNeely Fieldhouse.
