2.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak

4.A.1. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.A.1.a. Discussion of candidates for the Assistant Athletic Director/Head Football Coach position and the Superintendent’s recommendation for employment

4.A.1.b. Discussion regarding Superintendent's personnel recommendations and resignations

4.A.1.c. Discussion regarding administrative personnel matters
